These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zorvellia™ website and your purchase of products from Zorvellia™ ("Zorvellia", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue products, website features, pricing, promotions and other aspects of our store at any time.

A customer should not assume that two vehicles with similar names or classifications will have identical dimensions.

Where reasonably possible, customers should confirm their vehicle specifications before completing their purchase.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are stated in the currency shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Where an obvious pricing, typographical or system error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel an affected order and refund any amount already paid.

Discount codes, promotional offers and sale prices may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional discounts cannot be combined.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not necessarily accepted merely because you receive an automated order confirmation.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order before dispatch.

An order may be cancelled or declined where reasonably necessary, including because of:

We do not store complete payment card details where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

If a payment is reversed, disputed or otherwise withdrawn after an order has been supplied, we reserve the right to seek recovery of any legitimate outstanding amount, subject to applicable law.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the locations shown as available at checkout.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by:

Nothing in this section excludes rights relating to products or services not supplied within a reasonable time where consumer guarantees apply.

10. Returns, Fit Guarantee & Warranty

Returns under any voluntary Zorvellia™ return program, our 30-Day Fit Guarantee and our 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty are governed by the separate Zorvellia™ Returns, Fit Guarantee & Warranty Policy.

That policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in our return or warranty policies removes, restricts or modifies consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

Australian Consumer Law provides automatic consumer guarantees that businesses cannot remove through a contract, website policy or warranty.

11. Proper Product Use

Customers are responsible for using Zorvellia™ products in accordance with the product's intended purpose and any instructions provided.

Customers should follow all fitting, fastening, storage, cleaning and care instructions supplied with the product.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, negligence or use outside the intended purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Customers should ensure that straps, hooks and fastening systems are correctly installed and secured before leaving a vehicle unattended.

A product should not be used where doing so would create a safety hazard.

12. Website Use

You agree not to use our website:

  • for unlawful purposes;

  • to interfere with website security or functionality;

  • to introduce malicious software;

  • to attempt unauthorised access to our systems;

  • to scrape, copy or reproduce website content for commercial purposes without permission;

By submitting content, you grant Zorvellia™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute that content for lawful business, marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate.

We do not knowingly manufacture or falsely represent customer reviews.

15. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes must be entered correctly at checkout to receive the applicable discount.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotions may have expiry dates.

  • Promotions may be restricted to specified products or customers.

  • Promotional offers may not be combined.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotion use where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, technical errors or other legitimate circumstances.
